Southwest Chipotle Chicken Tacos
Ingredients:
- Char Crust® Southwest Chipotle
- Chicken Breast(s)
- Oil
- Salsa
- Cilantro
- Tortillas
- Lime

Directions to cook on stove top or in oven:
Stovetop:
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in medium skillet.
- Coat the chicken breast with Southwest Chipotle, covering all sides. Drizzle or spray with olive oil.
- Place in pan. Flip every 2 minutes until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F. Let chicken rest and then slice.
- Place salsa, sliced chicken, and cilantro on a tortilla. Drizzle with lime.
Oven (easier for a large batch):
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Coat the chicken breast(s) with Southwest Chipotle, covering all sides. Drizzle or spray with olive oil.
- Place chicken on sheet pan (on parchment paper if desired). Flip every 5 minutes until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F. Let chicken rest and then slice.
- Place salsa, sliced chicken, and cilantro on a tortillas. Drizzle with lime.
