Our original Char Crust® dry-rub seasoning was created at our family’s legendary Chicago steakhouse in 1957. We dredged prime dry-aged steaks in Char Crust® and cooked them to juicy perfection. Our seasonings seared beautifully and created their signature Char Crust® that Seals in the Juices®.
Since then, we’ve added other delicious rubs and specialty salts to our line, but we still make all of our blends ourselves, using premium, kosher, clean-label ingredients.
