Preheat grill to 400 F.
Coat chicken breast with Char Crust® All American Barbecue, covering all sides.
Place chicken on the grill. Cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165, about 10 minutes. Remove from grill and cover with foil. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Chop romaine lettuce and slice onions and red peppers. Toss together and add to serving bowl.
Slice chicken breast and place on top of salad. Drizzle with dressing and lime. Finish with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
