Tomahawk Steak with Original Hickory Grilled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill. Set your grill for two-zone cooking: one side high heat for searing, the other side lower or indirect heat.
  2. Pat the tomahawk steak dry. Generously coat all sides with Char Crust® to create an even layer.
  3. Place the steak over direct high heat. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side.
  4. Move the steak to the indirect side of the grill. Close the lid and cook until the internal temperature reaches 125°F for medium-rare.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10–15 minutes.
    Optional: Add a pat of butter on top while resting for extra richness, though it’s not needed.
  6. Slice against the grain and serve immediately.
