Steakhouse Burgers with Char Crust Roasted Garlic Peppercorn

Serves: 4

There's no need to overcomplicate a great burger. A generous coating of Char Crust Roasted Garlic Peppercorn creates a flavorful crust that helps seal in the burger's natural juices, giving you juicy, steakhouse-quality burgers with one simple step.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and gently form into patties. Be careful not to overwork the meat.
  2. Generously coat both sides of each burger with Char Crust Roasted Garlic Peppercorn.
  3. Grill over direct medium-high heat for about 4 minutes per side, or until the burgers reach your preferred doneness. During the last minute of cooking, top each burger with cheddar cheese and allow it to melt.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on the toasted buns, then layer with lettuce, tomato and the Char Crust burger.

Serve immediately with your favorite summer sides.

Char Crust Tip

For the juiciest burgers, avoid pressing down on the patties while they cook. Let Char Crust create its signature crust while helping seal in the burger's natural juices.
