Ingredients:
Steak (12 oz or larger and at least 1" thick)
Char Crust® Original Hickory Grilled
Olive oil
Maldon salt
Instructions:
Season steaks with Char Crust® Original Hickory Grilled, vacuum seal and sous vide at 130° for 2-3 hours for medium rare.
Remove from water bath and take of out bag. Pat very dry and re-season generously with Char Crust Original Hickory Grilled. For best results, spray lightly with oil.
Sear on a hot grill or cast iron pan for about 2 minutes per side or just long enough to get a good sear.
Slice, sprinkle with some Maldon salt flakes and serve.
