One-Pan Rotisserie Chicken

One-Pan Rotisserie Chicken


  • 1 bone-in chicken cut up into pieces

  • Char Crust® Roto Roast 

  • Carrots or vegetable of choice 

  • Olive oil 

  • Fresh herbs (optional)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees on convection. 

Pat chicken with a paper towel. Place in a oven baking dish. Coat chicken with Char Crust Roto Roast. Drizzle with olive oil.

Place in preheated oven and bake uncovered for about 40 minutes or until done (165 degrees). If chicken gets too dark on top, you can cover with foil.

Add chopped herbs on top to serve.
