Jamaican Jerk Chicken Sandwich


  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 4 slices of pineapple

  • Char Crust Jamaican Jerk

  • Char Crust Roasted Garlic Peppercorn

  • 2 sweet potatoes

  • Olive oil

  • Jalapeño slaw

  • Buns


Chicken Sandwich:

  1. Add chicken breasts to a glass pan. Coat with Char Crust Jamaican Jerk. Drizzle with olive oil.

  2. In a separate dish do the same for the pineapple.

  3. Grill the chicken breasts for 9-10 minutes on preheated grill.

  4. Grill pineapple for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Place chicken, pineapple and jalapeño slaw on bun to serve.

Spiced Sweet Potato Chips:

  1. Slice Sweet Potatoes into very thin circles.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan.

  3. Add the sweet potatoes and fry until they start to brown.

  4. Remove from heat and place on a paper towel to dry.

  5. Sprinkle with Char Crust Roasted Garlic Peppercorn
