Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts

4 slices of pineapple

2 sweet potatoes

Olive oil

Jalapeño slaw

Directions:
Chicken Sandwich:

Add chicken breasts to a glass pan. Coat with Char Crust Jamaican Jerk. Drizzle with olive oil.

In a separate dish do the same for the pineapple.

Grill the chicken breasts for 9-10 minutes on preheated grill.

Grill pineapple for 1-2 minutes.

Place chicken, pineapple and jalapeño slaw on bun to serve.
Spiced Sweet Potato Chips:

Slice Sweet Potatoes into very thin circles.

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add the sweet potatoes and fry until they start to brown.

Remove from heat and place on a paper towel to dry.

Sprinkle with Char Crust Roasted Garlic Peppercorn
