Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts

Olive oil

Sesame oil

2 cups of brown rice

3 cups of sliced vegetables (brussels sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, red peppers or vegetables of choice)

Soy sauce
-
Peanuts
-
Peanut sauce (store bought or homemade)
Instructions:

Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Coat with Ginger Teriyaki Char Crust on both sides. Drizzle with olive oil and sesame oil.

Cook in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and add vegetables. Coat vegetables with Char Crust, olive oil and sesame oil. Cook for another 15-20 minutes.

While chicken and vegetables are cooking, cook rice.

Remove chicken and vegetables from the oven. Use meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked through.

Place rice in a bowl; add chicken, vegetables, peanuts; drizzle with soy sauce and peanut sauce.
