Ingredients
-
4 lbs chicken wings
-
~2 tbsp per lb Char Crust® Dry-Rub Seasoning
-
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
-
Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
-
Carrots and celery for serving
Instructions
-
Preheat a grill to 350°. Gently pat the wings with a paper towel to remove excess liquid.
-
If using more than one Char Crust flavor, divide the wings into batches for however many flavors you have. Place wings in large mixing bowl, and toss in rub. For 8-10 wings use about 2 tablespoons of dry rub, enough to generously coat the wings. Repeat with other flavors if desired.
-
Place all wings onto grill, keeping them close together. Grill in total for about 20 minutes, turning the wings every 5 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165°.
-
Serve with fresh veggies, and your favorite ranch or blue cheese. Wings are delicious on their own too!
