Rotisserie Roast Whole Chicken

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Rub the entire outside of the chicken with Rotisserie Roast dry rub seasoning
  3. Cut an onion and a lemon in half and put them inside of the chicken
  4. Chop veggies (carrots, celery, onions) and add them to the pan
  5. Place the chicken in the pan (on a roasting rack if you have one)
  6. Roast at 375 degrees until the skin is perfectly crispy, and the meat is tender and juicy and reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees (about 20 minutes per lb) in the thigh.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
