All American Barbecue Pulled Pork

Instructions:
- Preheat smoker to 235 degrees
- Pat the pork butt dry
- Score the skin (optional)
- Coat the meat fully with Char Crust All American Barbecue dry rub
- Place meat on smoker, cover and baste with apple cider vinegar every 45 minutes
- Once it reaches 165 degrees, the bark should set. About 4-6 hours.
- Pull the pork from the smoker, spritz, add more rub, wrap it and place back on the smoker.
- Once the pork is probe tender, around 200 degrees, it's ready to pull. About 4-6 hours.
- Shred the pork and serve on its own, with sandwiches or make a crescent ring.
