Roasted Garlic Prime Rib Recipe

- Prime Rib, 10 lb
- Char Crust Roasted Garlic Peppercorn
- Red Wine, 1 cup
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- Remove prime rib from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Coat prime rib with Roasted Garlic Peppercorn dry rub. Cover all sides completely.
- Place in roasting pan and put in 500 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- Reduce temperature of oven to 350 and cook to desired doneness. (Cook until 130 degrees for medium rare - about 13 minutes per lb)
- Let rest for 30 minutes before serving
Sauce:
- Combine red wine and a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce in a pan. Cook for a few minutes on medium-high heat.
- Add in the beef fat, cook for a few more minutes, then strain.
