Ginger Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Coat Pork Tenderloins generously with Char Crust.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pork.
- Put skillet on med high heat. When the pan is hot, add 1 ½ tablespoon of olive oil in pan.
- Add pork and sear on all sides until its nice and brown.

Transfer to the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, until internal temp is 145 to 150 degrees.
- Let cool for 5 minutes then slice.
- Serve with pineapple mango salsa.
Pineapple/Mango Salsa
2 cups pineapple cubed
1 cup mango cubed
1/2 cup red onions diced
1/2 cup red bell peppers diced
1 tbsp jalapeño diced
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro
salt to taste
Instructions
- Slice and prep fruits, vegetables and herbs.
- In a big bowl, combine everything except salt. Mix well, add salt to taste.
- Serve on the side of the pork.
