Steak Sandwiches with Pesto, Goat Cheese & Roasted Peppers
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Coat steaks generously with Char Crust®, then spritz with olive oil.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Cook steaks for 3 or 4 minutes on each side or to an internal temperature of 125-130 degrees for medium rare.
- Remove steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Slice steaks against the grain into thin strips.
- Slice french loaf into sandwiches portions, add pesto, goat cheese, red peppers and steak
- Serve right away (or they can be eaten at room temperature).
