Steak Sandwiches with Pesto, Goat Cheese & Roasted Peppers

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Coat steaks generously with Char Crust®, then spritz with olive oil.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Cook steaks for 3 or 4 minutes on each side or to an internal temperature of 125-130 degrees for medium rare. 
  3. Remove steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Slice steaks against the grain into thin strips.
  5. Slice french loaf into sandwiches portions, add pesto, goat cheese, red peppers and steak
  6. Serve right away (or they can be eaten at room temperature).
