All American BBQ Ribs

All American BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 rack of pork ribs

  • Char Crust Dry Rub, suggestions:

Instructions

Remove ribs from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 275°F.

Remove silver skin from the back of the ribs. This ensures that the ribs will be fall apart pure goodness. Pat ribs down with a paper towel.

Coat ribs with Char Crust seasoning on both sides. You can use any of the flavors or could combine two of your favorites too. This recipe uses All American Barbecue.

Drizzle with olive oil and wrap with tin foil. Place on a cookie sheet and place in the middle of the oven. Bake for 3 hours.

Remove from oven and drizzle with barbecue sauce.

Place on outdoor grill at 400°F until top starts to get crispy and delicious. Be careful because the ribs will start to break apart. The meat will be falling off the bone. Plate and serve.

Great sides to serve with ribs:

  • Grilled corn on the cob & herb butter. Also use All American Barbecue Char Crust on corn. Just coat the corn before wrapping with foil to cook.

  • Mozzarella, tomato, basil salad.
