Rich, hickory grilled flavor. This classy companion to your favorite steak is the original used at Al Farber’s legendary steakhouse. A bit smoky-salty-sweet, it enhances the natural flavor without overwhelming. Also delicious on boneless/skinless chicken breasts, tuna steaks, and your favorite vegetables.

One packages makes 2-3 meals.

How to Use: Just coat your favorite protein with Char Crust (covering all sides), then cook (pan-sear, grill, airfry, bake, smoke, etc.).

Because Char Crust creates our signature crust, use a thermometer to get the perfect temperature.

Great taste

We usually use the original hickory char crust on steaks and thick pork chops. It seals in the juices and adds a unique flavor to the meat

Great for a change at the grill

I was a bit skeptical but thought I’d give it a try. First try was a hit with the family on some rib steaks. I’ve since use it on shrimp on the grill and I even coated some burgers with it…..game changer!

I have been looking for your rub for about 30 years

I have been looking for your rub for about 30 years. The restaurant that I frequently went to would not tell me what it was and went out of business. Last December I found the restaurant owner's son and he told me about Char Crust (original hickory). Well that made my Christmas. I have told about 100 people about your rub in the Boston-Cape Cod area.
