Ingredients:
- Ribs
- Char Crust All American Barbecue
- Barbecue Sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- Heavily apply Char Crust to ribs. Pat the rub in and let it set for 15 minutes before placing onto a smoker set at 180 degrees.
- Smoke for 1 hour then add a 1 tsp of the rub onto the ribs and increase heat to 300 degrees.
- Cook until they are probe tender all around, about 199-205 degrees.
- Wrap in foil, then a towel, and place into a cooler or oven for 45 minutes to rest.
- Slice and serve with sauce.
