Smoked Char Crust BBQ Ribs

Instructions:

  1. Heavily apply Char Crust to ribs. Pat the rub in and let it set for 15 minutes before placing onto a smoker set at 180 degrees.
  2. Smoke for 1 hour then add a 1 tsp of the rub onto the ribs and increase heat to 300 degrees.
  3. Cook until they are probe tender all around, about 199-205 degrees. 
  4. Wrap in foil, then a towel, and place into a cooler or oven for 45 minutes to rest.
  5. Slice and serve with sauce.
