Baked Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Pat wings dry and coat with Char Crust. Brush with butter or oil.
  3. Place wings in the oven. Cook for 30 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165°F). Flip throughout.
  4. Remove from oven and serve with veggies, and your favorite sauce or blue cheese.

Air Fryer Wings

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat wings dry and coat with Char Crust. Spray with oil.
  3. Place wings in the air fryer. Cook for 15-18 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165°F). Flip after 8 minutes.
  4. Remove from air fryer and serve with veggies, and your favorite sauce or blue cheese.

*Cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes for crispier wings.

Grilled Wings

  1. Preheat a grill to 350°F.
  2. Pat wings dry and coat with Char Crust. Spray with oil.
  3. Place wings onto grill, keeping them close together. Grill for about 20 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165°F), flip every 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the grill and serve with veggies, and your favorite sauce or blue cheese.
