BAKE, AIR FRY OR GRILL
CHAR CRUST WINGS
Baked Wings
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Pat wings dry and coat with Char Crust. Brush with butter or oil.
- Place wings in the oven. Cook for 30 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165°F). Flip throughout.
- Remove from oven and serve with veggies, and your favorite sauce or blue cheese.
Air Fryer Wings
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Pat wings dry and coat with Char Crust. Spray with oil.
- Place wings in the air fryer. Cook for 15-18 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165°F). Flip after 8 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and serve with veggies, and your favorite sauce or blue cheese.
*Cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes for crispier wings.
Grilled Wings
- Preheat a grill to 350°F.
- Pat wings dry and coat with Char Crust. Spray with oil.
- Place wings onto grill, keeping them close together. Grill for about 20 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165°F), flip every 5 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and serve with veggies, and your favorite sauce or blue cheese.
