  • Preheat grill
  • Dredge meat or fish in Char Crust just before cooking
  • Place meat or fish on grill, and close lid
  • Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 minutes on the other side
  • Flip protein every 2 minutes during cooking to ensure even cooking and no burning
  • Continue cooking until desired level of doneness is reached
