BAKE/ROAST

  • Place sheet pan or roasting pan in oven
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Dredge meat or fish in Char Crust just before cooking
  • Drizzle or spray surface of seasoned protein with canola oil or other oil suitable for high-heat.
  • Place meat or fish on baking/roasting pan.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, then turn oven temperature down to 350 degrees
  • Continue cooking until desired level of doneness is reached
