How to Roast with Char Crust®

Place sheet pan or roasting pan in oven

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Dredge meat or fish in Char Crust just before cooking

Drizzle or spray surface of seasoned protein with canola oil or other oil suitable for high-heat.

Place meat or fish on baking/roasting pan.

Cook for 10 minutes, then turn oven temperature down to 350 degrees
-
Continue cooking until desired level of doneness is reached
